    Since moving in, I’ve had repeated issues with management, including an unresolved lease error involving a signed promotion for free parking that was never applied correctly. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this.. multiple emails, multiple phone calls, voicemails, and even visiting the office and no one in charge to help me in person. I have received no response from management. The issue itself is straightforward, but no communication and follow through has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I’m simply asking for the terms of my lease to be honored and for someone in management to respond. Is that so hard?

    I have been experiencing unresolved maintenance issues since I moved in in January 2025. There has been an ongoing plumbing problem in my unit, including consistently low toilet water levels, loud plumbing noise from upstairs units traveling through my pipes, and recurring sewer odors coming from the sink and shower drains. The drain line has been scoped multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. The plumbing noise is significant enough to disrupt sleep at night. The elevator has also been making a very loud mechanical noise for approximately two months. Management indicated it requires lubrication, but it has not been addressed. The sound can be clearly heard from inside my apartment and resembles metal scraping. Additionally, the call box has never been functional for my unit since move-in, despite my name being listed. I have submitted maintenance requests and followed up consistently, including multiple times per month over the past year, but have not received a permanent solution. I am hoping this review encourages resolution and clearer communication.

    Unit was very nice. Parking is an issue at times. Security does laps around building and stairwell multiple times a night. Mail gets stolen sometimes but they just added an Amazon locker. Overall it was a very pleasant place to live.
