  Lived here for 2 years! Fantastic property, amazing area, and all of the staff are amazing humans! The studio was the main selling point, sorry about the drum noise! 😅 Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

  I really never leave reviews, but living here has been so frustrating and anxiety inducing I feel obligated to warn others. As many, many people have already stated, the management here is extremely poor. My roommate and I had to follow up multiple times to almost every single email, even before moving in. Apartment was dirty upon move in. It also flooded to the point where one bedroom and one bathroom were unusable the first month after we got there. I had to sleep on the couch for two weeks. There was no financial compensation for this and it was very obvious management did not care. They hired offsite contractors to repair the damage and they left a bunch of super loud equipment (fans, dehumidifiers etc) and just never came back and never updated us for 10 days. I consistently followed up with management asking for the status updates and I was always told that they “didn’t know”. As if they weren’t the ones who hired the contractors in the first place. It took over a month and a half to fully complete the repairs. During which I couldn’t use my closet, bathroom, or bedroom periodically, and everything was covered in drywall dust. We continued to have 5 separate instances of our ceilings flooding with water in less than a year. 3 out of 5 times, they came in to “check” and left without doing anything. As someone else stated, they did not respect our privacy as tenants at all. I always requested to be notified before they entered our apartment to fix anything and more than once I came home to my doors being shut and lights left on and items being tossed aside. Which is frightening for two women living alone. There’s never any place to park. If you arrive home later than 6pm, be ready to park by the dumpster far from your unit. Trash is always spilling out and piled up around the dumpster and smells horrible all summer. The “24-hour fitness room” they are advertising is only open during business hours because the other tenants can’t make sure the doors are closed properly. I was actually asked to leave while I was in the middle of a run. Not sure why we can’t view camera footage and punish the ones actually at fault. Very relieved to be away from this place.

  We put in a request about our leaking sink 2 WEEKS AGO. Not a single maintenance guy has come to our unit to even look at our sink but yet they’re waiting on a part to come in? We haven’t been able to use half our sink an have expressed that. Still no follow up. I haven’t even gotten a call, or an email back. Feels like they’re ignoring their residents. Not good at all
