No puedo esperar a vivir aquí.
READ BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. You can tell all the good reviews are fake when they all pretty much say the same thing and it’s all posted on the same day. This place will not take accountability for anything or help you when your stuff gets stolen. Everything is broken and take months to fix. If it even gets fixed. The people who work here do not care about you once you sign your lease!!!!
Muchas gracias a Rachel Mendez por ayudar y conseguir nuestro cuarto, buena presentación y atenta en todo momento gracias por todo
Rachel Mendez was super friendly, had a very warm inviting feeling about her. She made sure to show me all the amenities and the positing of were my apartment would be (south facing). She really took her time to answer all my questions. She was very helpful. Would definitely recommend talking to her.

I had a really rough experience trying to find an apartment before Loretto Heights—lots of ups and denials that honestly made me feel invisible.
Then I worked with Berna, and everything changed.
She treated me like a real person from the start—kind, patient, and actually listened to what I was going through. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that made all the difference.
My apartment was very clean at move-in, which I appreciated. The grounds have the typical apartment issues (pet waste, cigarette butts, occasional trash), but I’ve seen maintenance out cleaning every morning, so the effort is there. I’ve also put in three maintenance requests and all were handled the same day.
So far, I haven’t had any issues with noise, pests, or neighbors—overall a really positive experience.
I’m so grateful for Berna—Loretto Heights is lucky to have her.
