  If you want to become homeless and have the absolute worst communication possible before moving then this is the place. DO NOT under any circumstances let them trick you into thinking it's your dream spot. Partner and I are now screwed looking for a place to live because their employees walk out and management doesn't have the courtesy to call us and update us on appointments for our final viewing. Schedule our whole week around it and show up only to be told there's no one with keys, "sorry we're just temps". I am absolutely furious with this place and very well have wasted money and energy just trying to move in, I would hate to see what living there would be like. Truly from the bottom of my heart, the people there can kindly kick rocks. Terrible people with terrible communication. And let their copy and paste responses to reviews be a clue too. They don't care about you at all. They care about filling their pockets while others suffer to find a safe and stable place to live. Wish people could sue for emotional stress and anxiety.

  I would reconsider if you don’t like bugs roach, infested, rat, infested very dirty.

  Just moved in, in january. Fire alarms always going off, maintenance never shows up, elevators always broken, packages get stolen from the hub, washing machines not working, parking is a nightmare even with an assigned spot and no one live to answer the phone especially in an emergency.

  I currently live in this apartment, and there is a severe cockroach infestation. I have reported this issue multiple times, but management has completely ignored it and taken no action. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic responsibility for tenants’ health and living conditions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place—especially anyone who values cleanliness or cannot tolerate living with insects.

  I’m writing this partial review because I want it on file that I paid an application fee and holding fee on an apartment that I truly believe was a model and not even on the market. After being told I was being “assigned” another apartment and refusing it. I was eventually told by Augie that I was wasting his time (even though I put money down as proof I wanted the apartment) and that he had to get off the phone to help other people find an apartment. Very nasty and rude after he’d been so kind. I was not going to be able to move in until May 2026 and apparently that was too long for him to wait to make a commission. Long story short I was then told that my holding fee would be mailed back to me. As of now it’s been a week, I was then told by the other male associate that because it comes from California it may take up to 60 days for me to get my money back. Not working, disabled and only receiving vetern spousal benefits I desperately need my money. I will update this post once I receive my money back. Update: I have received my holding fee back but I also had to call the Corporate office in Los Angeles. I also want to state that the leasing agent Trinity was very kind and respectful to me despite her con worker’s unprofessional behavior but again after my experience and the horrid reviews I think my apartment is somewhere else and not at the Lex at Lowery.
