    While I acknowledge the update regarding the washing machine, and I appreciate that the sticking door lock we discussed by phone was repaired immediately, your email fails to address several ongoing issues and makes excuses for behavior that is unacceptable. The prompt resolution of the door lock only highlights the severe negligence and lack of professionalism applied to the rest of my home. Furthermore, I have attached six (6) video files to this email that document disturbing and egregious misconduct by your staff member that goes beyond a simple lack of trash bags. 1. Staff Misconduct, Theft, and Inappropriate Behavior (Video Evidence Attached) Your attempt to excuse the debris left in my apartment because staff "does not carry trash bags" is inadequate. Among the attached videos it shows the following undeniable misconduct: Inappropriate Behavior: Your staff member is captured standing and staring for extended periods of time at my digital picture frame, which continuously rotates personal photos of my fiancée. This is a invasion of privacy and highly unprofessional. Misuse of Furniture and Property: The same staff member is seen resting his maintenance tools directly on my couch. Theft and Concealing Trash: The videos show the staff member repeatedly taking paper towels without permission. Even worse, the footage captures him taking the used, dirty paper towels and deliberately tucking them into my couch. I expect a direct response regarding how this specific employee's blatant disrespect for my home, my privacy, and my personal belongings will be handled. 2. Deceptive Ticket Management and Poor Communication It is unacceptable that every single maintenance request I submitted was marked as "closed." At no time were these requests placed in a "pending" status (If possible), nor did I receive any communication indicating that the issues were still active after closure. By closing unresolved work orders, it is perceived as falsifying maintenance records to make it appear as though the issues are resolved when they are not. This is deceptive and represents poor communication. 3. Inadequate HVAC Resolution While a technician did return the next day to place a portable AC unit in my living room, I hope this is not a permanent solution. The portable unit is loud and does not effectively cool the entire apartment. I hope to have a definitive timeline for when the central AC unit will be permanently and properly repaired. 4. The Dryer (Unaddressed) Your response completely ignored the mechanical failure of the dryer. As stated previously, the dryer is non-functional, fails to rotate, blows hot air, does not start at times, and has an unacceptable makeshift zip-tie on the cycle selector. When will a qualified technician be dispatched to properly repair or replace the dryer? 5. Washing Machine Replacement Timeline Please provide the exact date and time the washing machine replacement will be completed so that I can make myself available to be present. I am not long comfortable with your staff entering my home unattended 6. Broom Holder I note your request regarding the broom holder located above the electrical panel. I will have this removed and relocated to comply with safety standards. I expect a prompt and comprehensive reply addressing the timeline for the washer replacement, the permanent AC repair, the dryer repair/replacement, and a formal response to the disturbing staff misconduct captured in the attached videos.

    I had a great time living there, no problems at all except when I went and turned in the keys. Management was very unprofessional and very rude. The last manager Denise was the absolute best really sweet and always had respect for the residents. The new manager that's in there is very disrespectful and rude. Yes I have balances that are due but to be rude like that and not try to help me figure out what exactly I need to pay was absolutely ridiculous. But it's okay good karma Will always stay with me. Overall the views were amazing my kids absolutely loved staying there. The neighbors all kept to themselves and we didn't have any major issues. They should change out the furnaces they're like 20 years old that was my only issue because the unit kept getting very cold in the winter. Thanks. 🙏🏼

    My biggest issue with this property concerns parking. I often have to park three or four buildings away from my vehicle because non-permitted cars/trucks fill up spots. This is frustrating!
