Rent is never correct, maintenance has to be called out twice to fix problems because it is not done correctly the first time, bikes are locked on the stair railings making it difficult to enter your residence and all you get are excuses as to why issues have not been dealt with.

Maintenance do not fix anything here you have to keep calling and still at that no one fixes anything. I moved in and they did not clean my apartment. There’s mold in my bathroom they price too much for this apartment. I can not wait to move you have been warned
