- JNJacob Neal3 days ago1.0I’ve personally witnessed multiple car break-ins and mail theft attempts over the past year. Security improvements have been minimal despite these repeated incidents. Proper inspections were not conducted, and we were moved into an apartment with a gas leak. Parking fees were raised without notice. Inside the units, cabinets and drawers are barely functional, the flooring is a flimsy peel-and-stick vinyl, and the classic “landlord special” repainting is everywhere. Noise from the nearby highway is constant, and the bike trail behind the apartments often smells like sewage. Old, overpriced and outdated. Overall, I would give this complex 0 stars if I could. Pros: there is a bike trail, but the surrounding issues make this a very frustrating place to live.
