Kathleen has been the person I run into the most in the office but every lady there has been nothing but kind and informative. Honestly can't imagine living anywhere else at this time, an amazing place to get your life started or to have some stable ground while you build yourself up!!! 10 stars!!!!

I grew up close to here, and maybe that’s part of it too. I love being able to hop on the path for a nice walk with my dog or just through the community, which is large and very dog friendly. The people who live here are very nice and so is the staff. I’m not sure why I see negative reviews about the staff, I’ve never had any issues with Karla or anyone else. When I first moved in I had no electricity but Karla fixed that promptly. When the season changed to summer I noticed my A/c didn’t put out cold air, and I put in a work order- and it was promptly addressed and fixed. I have reached out to Karla for other various reasons while I have lived here, or gone into the office and she has always treated me with compassion and professionalism. I am very happy to call Velo home.
