I have an appointment scheduled for next Saturday, but I’m not sure I’m going because I DO NOT want to have to deal with the very unfriendly young lady at the front desk for a whole year! She was just not friendly at all! I was treated like a homeless person asking for spare change, not a gainfully employed person looking for an apartment.

Terrible service from the leasing office. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment today and waited for approximately an hour while they were in a corporate meeting. After waiting that long, we were informed that our tour could not be accommodated due to other appointments.
We set aside time specifically for this showing, so this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Only been here a few days… but the management team is so practive and willing to help. I’ve lived in 5 managed buildings and this one blows the rest away. Only downside I can stretch for is parking in the building is limited, but they were upfront with us when we toured so it was to be expected.

My girlfriend had moved out a few months ago and was expecting a security deposit back. Not a small sum either, it was ~$1,700. After moving out her portal access was cut off and she couldn’t access anything related to her apartment and continuously called about the status of getting the deposit back only to be told to “check the portal” and that there would be an update soon. It’s been four months now and they’ve completely stopped responding. Nothing on getting the deposit, not returning emails. At this point we’ve just had to tank losing that much money even though the unit was spotless when she moved out. Horrible experience and completely unhelpful

I want to give a special shoutout to Sam from maintenance. He fixed my air conditioning unit in record time and was extremely attentive throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, made sure everything was working properly, and truly went above and beyond. Excellent service and professionalism!
