- CKChris KellyNov 4, 20251.0The lady named Charlene who showed us an apartment today.. her attitude it terrible, we stopped mid showing because she seemed to be bothered over the fact that she had to do a showing.. im sorry we bothered you at your job. Even asking a question to clarify was an issue. Other than that the apartments were nice and the amenities.. I've seen this layout before.. but would not want to live there is thats the attitude we have to deal with daily.
- MMMarkOct 1, 20255.0Best apartment experience of my life. Staff is always kind, quick, reliable… all the good things. Building is always clean. The gym is incredible. Hot tub makes every evening perfect and we constantly make new friends at it. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the building, for example, just recently added a pool table! Elevators are so quick and I have rarely ever shared an elevator with someone given that there are SO many! I’ve never had a package stolen which was a huge issue at my last apartment. This building feels secure, safe, and cozy.
- CMCami MSep 26, 20255.0I lived here for 14 months and just recently moved out due to life changes. The main con of Velaris is the location in the city for me personally. It has its days, but most of the time, as a woman, I did not feel very safe walking around the neighborhood, and therefore, never did. Everything else about Velaris was stellar. This is the BEST property management team out there. Everyone was incredibly friendly, communicative, accommodating, and responsive. Everyone from Chris, Elie, and the ladies at the front desk, genuinely made the living experience for me. The building itself is very clean, modern finishes, and has industrial vibes, which I love. I especially enjoyed access to the 2-story gym and coworking spaces. They also have Front Range security patrolling the building perimeter, so once you're in the building, it felt very secure. I lived on the 21st floor and am biased, but I recommend getting a corner bedroom with views of the city, the Rockies, and Coors Field. The furnished apartment option was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about heavy furniture for move-in or move-out. If the location doesn't bother you/plan on accessing the building only through garage parking, I truly can't recommend Velaris enough. I will definitely miss the staff and the breathtaking views.
