He scheduled this earlier this week and they only had 2 slots. My kiddo only has Friday and Saturday off. So he took the 1:30. We get there on time and there’s a note on the door they be back in a moment but there nothing to indicate how long that moment is. We’re waiting 5 minutes after an employee I’m assuming maintenance saw us. After seeing us and making us wait. He opens the door and right off the bat he’s got an attitude. Saying they are ON LUNCH AND ITS GONNA BE A LONG WHILE. I told him. 1 that’s rude. Then he says you got an appointment I said yes. Almost a week long appointment that my son and I both arranged our schedule, to drive there. The. He got crappy again that she was on a phone call. I said thank you never mind. I’m refused to be treated like that for free let alone the possibly to pay people to treat me or my kid like that. This place nor its people respect your time and you’re just an inconvenience by physically be present near their property. SO which is it??? You took your lunch when you’ve known ALL WEEK that y’all had an appointment during OR that they couldn’t be bothered to have us wait in the a/c for them to get off the phone. Either way I refuse to be talked to, be treated that way and not have any consideration on either of our time. Time is the 1 thing on this earth is not replaceable. We could’ve utilized that time to schedule a tour with a different complex. Shame though, My kiddo could have walk to the hotel he works at from that complex. We don’t pay for disrespect!

Their 24/7 surveillance signs are referring to an employee who occasionally drives around the complex. Don’t try calling the leasing office because they won’t pick up. I can’t use my mailbox because it was broken into. I doubt usps will even deliver my mail/packages at all until it’s fixed and i cannot reach anyone. Hot water is constantly out. Even if you pay for a designated parking spot, other people will park in it and not much will be done. Id recommend looking elsewhere.
