I sit in a hot bath to relax before bed and the neighbors are either fighting or getting along REAL WELL! The walls between u it’s are so thin u can hear everything!

MICE, RATS, ROACHES, SPIDERS, NO HOT WATER..The MANAGER/ mgrs..rent to anyone..if you would be patient to rent your apartments and find good tenants it would be alot better, As for now, this place needs to be DEMOLISHED !!! Trash is on the ground all day everyday, even tho there is a dumpster, the people throw their dirty diapers and trash on the ground..There is dog poop 💩 everywhere on the property. *HELP*..OFFICE please stop renting to just anyone...What is wrong with you? The MAINTENANCE does what they want Only 1 person knows and does his job The other 1 drives around and don't do nothing..The apt.complex would be a nice place to live if the MANAGEMENT puts their foot down and stop renting to just anybody! Clean this place up! Remove the dog poop 💩 💩 💩 fights, drinking, drugs All the above here at the Modern.. Cops and ambulance are here all the time DON'T MOVE HERE..It's a terrible place for all the good people that mind their business. So long people, look elsewhere
