If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot speak for all management, but 4 Star has been absolutely horrid. The garage door has been broken for months, allowing homeless individuals to enter the building. This has led to trash being left throughout the property, people being stalked, and packages being stolen, and management does nothing about it. They refuse to let tenants out of their lease for anything, including harassment, theft, or doors that rarely work. The only decent part of this place is the maintenance guy, but one person can only do so much. Save yourself the headache, pay a few extra dollars a month, and live somewhere better like Aspire or the Gables on Grant.
I had a tour here a week or ago and the staff was very helpful, I am not looking to move just yet. But when I am ready I will be getting an apartment here. The location is amazing and the apartments I looked at were very nice and clean. The property was set up in a very nice way, plus the location is 5 star worthy. A manager reached out after my tour and asked me how it went, felt very personal. Thanks Logan Apts! When we are ready to move we will see you then!

I lived at The Logan for four years—through three management teams. Boutique? Great. Paskin Group? Slow-motion disaster. Four Star Realty? Zero stars, ironic name. In brief, if you yearn for broken exterior doors, routine garage thefts, clogged trash chutes, malfunctioning fobs, and hallways and windows that redefine “grimy,” this is the place for you! Last indignity: getting my deposit back took 70 days (illegal!) and it turns out they mailed it to the apartment I'd vacated rather than the forwarding address I'd repeatedly communicated to them in writing, email, and phone (then gaslighted me about it...nice touch). No walk-through, no honest communication, just chaos. The Logan used to be luxury; now it’s a live-in management meltdown. If you're moving in or out, document everything, take videos and photos, hire a drone, and most importantly, lower your expectations to zero.

Had absolutely the best experience from the team managing these apartments. Was looking for a new place fairly quickly after my roommate moved out of state. Alejandrina was fantastic every step of the application process and within 48 hours of getting in touch with her I met with Deon and Erin to get my keys and get moved in! They rushed the whole process, rushed their vendor getting my garage door access set up, and were the friendliest, funnest apartment management team all around I’ve leased from! Included the move in specials on their website without me having to inquire about it, and were more transparent about everything than I could have expected. HIGHLY recommend! :)
I have lived at The Logan for just over a year and it's quite the spot. The location is fantastic, quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance in any direction.
It's interesting to read the reviews about the garage door and the management being neglectful toward the issue. For the entire stint of it being broken, the management team would send very frequent updates about the status of the new door and the strides they were taking to negate the issues that resulted from it. I think the thing we forget as residents is that regardless of the situation, things are going to happen. It's the response and engagement from the team that is more important, in my mind. I felt like they handled the situation well. Paskin isn't a garage door manufacturer, so to chastise them for the length of time it took to get it replaced seems a bit short-sighted.
Of course issues have come up -- have you ever lived somewhere they haven't? I have been pleased with the team's response to my inquiries about various questions or concerns I've had. I do not envy property managers because it seems like no matter what they do to help with issues, their efforts are overshadowed by disjointed complaints not even relating to the the actual problem. The management team is responsive, even when an issue is a bit outside of their control. And when the issue is within their control, they're quick and kind to offer a solution.
The apartments and layouts are awesome -- floor to ceiling windows, huge closets and bathrooms, great storage in the kitchen. My unit faces 6th Ave and you'd think that'd be loud as a freight train, but that double-pane glass is doing God's work. My room comfortably fits a Cali King bed and my life has forever been changed by in-unit laundry.
This is a great place to live -- if you're looking for a smaller community with great access to places walkable and drivable, low key neighbors, and a quiet overall experience, this may just be the one.
