This is a poorly run down building and, frankly, I don't think Waterton has the necessary capital to keep up with the maintenance of the building. I feel like I need to take a shower when walking into the building.

Homeless hanging out around the entrance to the building Elevator not working for several months Packages being stolen They make it not easy to pay rent on their portal No amenities on site Hot water is frequently not working Do not rent here. There are other places you can look at This is not one of them.
