Modern units, the staff is always super attentive and quick to address anything, the common spaces are always immaculate and on top of that it's perfectly located. I was expecting the price of my unit to be double what I am paying when compared to all the other places I checked downtown. If you come across this place you better jump on it because you won't find a deal like this anywhere in Denver

This is a poorly run down building and, frankly, I don't think Waterton has the necessary capital to keep up with the maintenance of the building. I feel like I need to take a shower when walking into the building. Both elevators are now down.
