- RLRaibon Motor's LLC2 days ago1.0It gave racist "white only establishment" First everything was cool and copacetic they sent me leasing papers saying I was approved I spent a lot of money trying to get approved and filling out the application fee security deposit other deposits etc Wade the apartment manager is very unprofessional doesn't communicate doesn't answer the phone you have to call that phone 10 to 15 times to get in contact with somebody he sees your number calling on the caller ID doesn't answer the phone I sat there and watched him from a distance and see if he just doesn't answer the phone or if he's actually busy I sat in my car and watched him he literally doesn't answer the phone why I was sitting there calling he's literally looking at the phone ignoring it I spent a lot of my hard earned money trying to get into these apartments & then 3 days before my move in date all of a sudden I'm not approved because of criminal history background no I have a misdemeanor I'm not a felon or anything but now somehow I'm a "criminal unfit for these apartments" sounds like a whole bunch of racist shit going on white only establishment & on top of that this happened 3 weeks ago from 11/23/25 & I have yet to receive any of the deposits that they said that they were going to refund back to me. But it's ok dispute has been filed & if no action is taken soon you all will be hearing from my lawyers.

Homeless hanging out around the entrance to the building Elevator not working for several months Packages being stolen They make it not easy to pay rent on their portal No amenities on site Hot water is frequently not working Do not rent here. There are other places you can look at This is not one of them.
