We were sent an email directly from strata that we would get free parking, so when I inquired about it, I never received a response. The office is very difficult to get ahold of. You're lucky if anyone answers the phones when you call. If we had the option to move out rather than renew our lease, we more than likely would've left a while ago.

Can’t even finish a full load. I have to go to the laundromat I’ve been putting request. I’ve called in and put request in. They say it’s completed and it’s never done.
