  My experience has soured in the past few months. The assistant manager is unpleasant to deal with; she’s not able to keep her facial reactions to herself. The valet trash service has been awful lately. Their trash valet rage punched the elevator because residents were using the elevator and it was extremely startling. Even after reporting it the same attendant is picking up trash in the building. Very uncomfortable. I was initially told upon having the need to break my lease different information based on the new companies policies and not what was listed in my lease. Hell - when they took over they even went back to my lease to add an additional deposit and only after getting upset did they finally agree to honor the LEASE AGREEMENT. It just seems like it’s a very disorganized operation. I will say that Kaila has been the kindest point of contact but I wish there was more she could do in making this an amicable separation. The amenities have been down a lot more often than when the last company was present which has heavily weighed on my decision to leave as well. With new Colorado legislation and how things have gone since their takeover; I’m anticipating illegal charges being charged after I depart. Will be sure to share again once I see what they decide to charge against my account. This place used to be wonderful but now it’s just another money hungry landlord operation. Was here for 2 years and now I’m happy to run away. Good luck if you decide to rent here.

  Kaila, the Property Manager, has been absolutely outstanding and incredibly warm! While I was a big fan of the previous Greystar management team, shoutout Jaimie, Kaila has truly gone above and beyond. She passionately advocates for her tenants, organizes fun and engaging events at the building, and genuinely takes the time to get to know everyone. It’s been a pleasure working with her and getting to know her!

  You changed management without any notice. That's not proper business etiquette. I signed a lease just a few days before the change without any knowledge of the change of management which might have influenced my signing the new lease. As far I'm concerned this shady business practice and I consider that I l signed the lease under false pretenses.
