I am incredibly happy that I found this place.. I love the location! Being right next to Sloan's Lake is a huge plus. The cleaning staff also takes GREAT care of the common areas which I truly appreciate and everyone is so friendly! I would recommend Regatta to anyone looking to get settled in the Denver area!

I thought this place was going to be a really exciting place to live, great location, looked clean, and all the people are super nice. An advertised $1500 apartment ends up being a solid $1800 in rent with all these added on expenses thell sneak into your lease. The best part about those expenses is they absolutely don’t do anything! They make you pay for the mail room, and guess what, the mail room has no security and your packages get stolen more then they get delivered. In one year I have had up to $400 worth of my packages stolen, and the leasing office has done nothing to change this. Don’t forget to pay your security on your lease even though they will not show up or do absolutely anything. The doors are open for any homeless person at the regatta. Homeless sleeping in the pool bathrooms, eating garbage out of the common room, all the things you really want when you have to pay for security…….. don’t let the cool aesthetic trap you into this place. Save your wallet, save your mail, live somewhere else. P.s they make you pay for garbage and rarely come and grab it, and when they do if there’s a small tear in the bag they will try to fine you.

The property manger Kxxzxx and her ill-trained team members (Axxtxx, Rxxlxxxn, Axtxxx) are giants of words but dwarfs of actions. Don’t expect them to honor their lease contract and work for your safety and comfort. Plus, they don’t walk their property to know it inside out to assess problem causes even some members live here too

Great apartment complex… if safety isn’t a priority or concern.
For the past two months, there has been a recurring issue with unhoused individuals breaking into the building and sleeping in hallway alcoves, stairwells, and even the trash room. I’ve turned corners in the hallways and nearly stepped on someone more times than I can count. I truly feel for these individuals and wish them safety and the best. However, compassion does not mean allowing unrestricted access to a secured residential building or permitting people to come and go freely and defecate in common areas.
Apartment security (Scout) has been called repeatedly, and the front office has been notified multiple times. Management’s response has consistently been that they “don’t know how people are getting in,” yet no meaningful action has been taken to secure the premises. As a single young woman, I no longer feel safe taking my dog out at night. Opening a stairwell door and not knowing whether someone will be loitering inside (or blocking the exit) is genuinely frightening. This situation has made what should be a routine task stressful and unsafe. Additionally, the stairwell I use regularly has been repeatedly soiled with human feces and urine (photos attached). The smell is overwhelming, the conditions are unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for a residential building. This ongoing issue has made the complex feel unsafe and unlivable. Until management takes real steps to address security and cleanliness, I cannot recommend living here.
