    I looked around. They sure seem to support 3-7 trash companies. I couldn't imagine what the rent is like.

    Be alert of some shady and forced charges here that could potentially mean lawsuits: 1) Residents are forced to pay for a package service called Fetch. The lease lists it at $22/month, but a while ago it incorrectly jumped to $27 w/o notice. Most people probably didn’t notice and just paid for it because it’s disguisedly itemized as “Miscellaneous” while there’re way too many items on the statements. 2) Utilities are billed through ConService, which adds a “monthly rent processing fee” that is NOT listed in the lease. 3) Trash is another issue: it’s a very high $45/month even though every floor already has a trash disposal room. The velvet trash people don’t even come pick up trash every day. Hallways stink w trash during holiday season.

    Horribly built wood floors!!! The property might look nice from outside but inside is lousy development. Wood floors are extremely thin and layers are hollow between stories, acting like noise amplifier. Unless the unit above you is carpeted or unless the neighbors and their dogs were skin to bone, otherwise you won’t be able to have peace here

    I do not live here and the building didn't even ask me to review it, but I wanted to say I appreciated my tour with Arturo. He was professional and answered everything. I didn't end up choosing the apt since it wasn't the right fit for me but the location was prime.
