  So far I have loved living at the Regatta. Lifestyle has been what I was looking for and onsite staff is very helpful. Arturo with leading from the day we toured the place has been great and very helpful with any questions I’ve had about the property!

  I've really enjoyed living here! The maintenance team is excellent - they respond quickly and always take care of any issues with professionalism and a great attitude. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and the lake which makes weekends especially nice. The community itself is friendly and welcoming, and it really feels like people look out for each other. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home!

  I don't usually lock my door. I came home yesterday and my door was locked and some things in my bedroom were disheveled. So far I haven't noticed anything stolen but the workers are definitely going into peoples apartments while their at work without notice. I never would have known if I hadn't kept my door unlocked.

  Hey current residents! Check your lease because they illegally changed the $22/m valet trash to $23/m on the low. I just noticed they started doing this in August and I never was informed/consented. This place absolutely sucks and I once I’m moved out, I’ll provide a full review. Needless to say, this place is a scam, Kinzie the property manager doesn’t respond to emails/calls (nor does the leasing office). I called and emailed about my neighbors having a domestic abuse issue and my fear for the woman who lived there. I was met with silence. Kinzie and Michael (regional manager) also fought me for several weeks to have an ADA accommodation applied to the entryway door handle. Kinzie and Michael both made me feel ashamed of my disability because I asked for this accommodation. Michael even had the audacity to say I’m being verbally aggressive because I said Kinzie is gaslighting me (because she was) lol. This door handle affected me and countless other residents. They both spoke to me so unprofessionally to the point where HR apologized to me for their actions. I’ll attach a photo of the door handle they thought was ADA complaint lol. It’s crazy how a property manager and a regional manager bullies their residents. I hate this place just as much as the property managers hate their residents. To the leasing office who’s going to leave me a bogus reply to this review, save it. You guys lie so much to save face, it’s disgusting. Also, it’s pretty evident you’re posting fake reviews from non residents to make the rating look better.
