- TMTynita McleainJan 23, 20265.0I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR TWO YRS NOW AND MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED A FEW TIMES BUT NOW WE HAVE MADISON AND CRYSTAL AS OFFICE MANAGERS THEY ARE EXTREMELY WONDERFUL THEY HAVE REALLY TURNED THIS PLACE AROUND THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS OPEN THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PATIENT WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING THEY GET ON TOP OF ANY PROBLEM BEFORE IT ACTUALLY BECOMES ONE. I CAN GO ON ON ABOUT THESE LADIES BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE HERE TO EXPEERIENCE THE PEACEFULNESS. THANK YOU LADIES ARE THE BEST MANAGERS EVER.
- JGJessica GreenleeJan 11, 20261.0in 2 and a half years we switched through 7 different managements. iv had my packages stolen, my whole apartment flooded from neighbors above me.( now i have a new one, he's cool). heat goes out at leat every winter so far. now withthis new management we constantly getting double charged for utilities, so we constantly have to stay on our utilites. then things get back dated so it looks like it was already in there. thankful for screen shots. this will be my last lease here. its not worth moving and paying almost 2500 after utilites just to be double charged.

The current management has been very attentive to our needs as tenants and I'm very grateful for the amenities that the residence provides. The parking is adequate, and the location is close to many eateries & convenient locations in Glendale. I look forward to continuing the rest of my lease this year should everything stay positive like it has so far.
