  The apartment was a bit shabby when we moved in BUT the location is fantastic and I do love it here. It's so roomy for the price. The staff are friendly, especially Mario and Benjamin with maintenance. I love that I can set up automatic rent payments and not worry about every being late. The soundproofing is good, I never hear from my neighbors. I wish our mail room was in our building instead of down the block, but it's a small price to pay for secure package hold. I hope I never have to move again.

  Told I was getting a refund from them scamming me and purposely making me do edits every week. And they said give me 30 days for my check to arrive and it’s been more than 30 days and she’s not responding . I HAVE to get my money back. This is scamming and lying .

  The interior photos look nice but this property appears to be poorly maintained on the outside. There are almost always multiple large piles of dog poop on the property that the maintenance staff does not clean up regularly. There is often trash and worse (human feces) in the alley. It is really a shame because they advertise as being “affordable” but that shouldn’t mean that basic cleanliness and health standards aren’t followed. Everyone deserves to live in a clean and safe environment. I would look up the crime stats before signing a lease so you know what to expect from the neighborhood. There is a homeless shelter (St Francis) around the corner and that seems to attract criminal activities, rampant drug use and a lot of violence.

  i have been living here for almost 4 months and it’s been a nightmare. getting in was an absolute disaster to begin with. office staff is cold, emotionless, and have no empathy. this has been the case the whole time. today, i went into the office because the person i share the lease with i now have a protective order against, and they refused to help me feel safe by doing literally anything. they said they could not help me until i have filed a violence against women act form and didn’t even bother to explain what that is or how to do it. they showed no emotion and gave no apologies as i am sobbing in the leasing office. this is also the time that they chose to serve me a rent demand that i’ve been asking for for months so i can apply for assistance. a little late there shondra (or however you spell it). in the beginning they rarely picked up the phone to answer questions and not once responded to a voicemail. a few months ago it took them 5 hours after i called the office for them to clean up human feces spread all over the walls by the parking garage. it was so bad i nearly vomited and i couldn’t leave my apartment for 5 hours because they wouldn’t clean it. i have never felt welcome in the office, the staff makes me feel like being there is a burden to them. until the front office staff changes, i don’t recommend people even try living here. im genuinely afraid when i walk by the leasing office. overall living here is miserable and shows no signs of change. shondra need to get her act together or get out.
