  As a caregiver to one of the residents this place can be very disheartening. The elevator in bldg c is always breaking down. There are several disabled people in this bldg that have to wait to leave because they can not navigate stairs. I know the cleaning and maintenance workers work hard at trying to keep this place clean, but ADULTS not children...ADULTS trash this place and don't pick up after their pets even though doggy dookie bags are provided for them. The humans have no home training. It's unfortunate that these ADULTS often break door handles and other things using brute force instead of the proper way to get in and out of the building. The location is great. The unit my client is in is clean and roomy. The HVAC ventilation pumping into the apartments needs to be cleaned. This causes breathing problems for the at risk residents. The maintenance people come in a timely manner when something isn't working right. Their new online verification portal is not good for the elderly to navigate. As a whole, it's a good place for someone in need, but their needs to be better maintenance on that elevator. That is very dangerous and the garage door is often broken and won't close.

  The apartment was a bit shabby when we moved in BUT the location is fantastic and I do love it here. It's so roomy for the price. The staff are friendly, especially Mario and Benjamin with maintenance. I love that I can set up automatic rent payments and not worry about every being late. The soundproofing is good, I never hear from my neighbors. I wish our mail room was in our building instead of down the block, but it's a small price to pay for secure package hold. I hope I never have to move again.

  Application process is terrible barely can get a response from them. Just as an applicant heard so many things broken while waiting in their office. Apply with extreme caution and patience. Had to cancel my app.

  The quality of this apartment building has gone down so much in the past year. There is someone who lets their dog use the hallway like a bathroom every single day and it never gets cleaned up. The elevator breaking and someone getting stuck in it is a weekly occurrence. Someone even sawed off the front door handles this weekend so you can’t even use the FRONT DOORS! And good luck with getting in touch with anyone from management. If you have something you need repaired, prepare to wait weeks if not months. Also be sure to bring your pepper spray with you if you want to walk your dog or take out the trash because people shooting up meth, wielding machetes, or shootings commonly happen right out front. Stay away from here if you value your safety, sanity, and ease of using a front door.

  Overall not too bad or pricey for the area. Utilities are included with rent, parking costs an extra $50 per month. Depending on what building you're in, your packages will get delivered to their office in a building across the street. The office's hours are 9-5pm but they often go to lunch, give tours, or leave hours earlier than 5 making it incredibly difficult to get your package sometimes. The maintenance has always been prompt and helpful with issues in the apartment, but the elevator has been broken for days at a time before.
