5 stars across the board. I couldn’t be happier with new home. My situation came with a unique set of circumstances. I had the pleasure of working with Beto, Lauren and Steven and could not be happier with the level of professionalism provided. The building, amenities and community have also exceeding my expectations. I am proud to call One City Block home. Thank you Guys !

I’m about to move into One City Block and had such a great experience touring with Lauren Weeks. She answered every question I had, gave an incredibly thorough tour, and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. Even when a few issues came up, Lauren went above and beyond—she was available throughout the weekend, kept a clear paper trail, and made sure everything was handled exactly as promised. That level of follow-through and communication really stood out and made me feel confident moving forward. Overall, an excellent leasing experience and I’m excited to call One City Block home. Highly recommend working with Lauren if you’re considering this community.

I spoke with Lauren on the phone, and without visiting I knew it was the right apartment community for me. She was very helpful, friendly and understood exactly what I needed.

I've been living here for about 3 months and so far have been really happy with One City Block! Lauren at the leasing office was wonderful to work with as I planned a cross-country move, and all of the staff has been responsive and helpful with my questions and move in. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is really great for a new person to Denver.

Just a mediocre experience. I've had a bad experience with Stephen and avoid him like the plague. The other two folks in the office are nice and pleasant enough. The pool has been drained and cleaned this fall thankfully but the hot tub was not and it shows, it's pretty nasty. Why that wasn't done at the same time is beyond me. We were told we were getting new gym equipment in the spring and no updates on that. The biggest perk was the free EV chargers but now, without any notice to residents - we're being charged. Thats fine and all, but it would be nice if an email had been sent AND if the chargers worked. 2/4 have been broken for months and Management has done nothing. Feel free to charge me, but those chargers better work otherwise it's a slap in the face. Also it gets old when people who don't pay for parking use the EV charging spots as a permanent parking spot. I'm looking at you Tesla and BMW.
