  Parking garage is not safe or secure, my motorcycle was stolen from the garage and my partner’s car was broken into and her belongings stolen. I reached out to management less than 4 hours after my motorcycle was stolen. I had already filed a police report and gave them the case number. The response that I received from management was that they are not responsible for any theft within the parking garage and that I am fully liable, no apology, no acknowledgement of it being a problem. I understood that they were not legally responsible for theft when I signed the lease. What caused me to leave a 1 star review was that management ignored 8 calls and emails from the police for over a week while the police were trying to retrieve the security camera footage. One City Block also refused to provide me with the security camera footage or any update on what they were doing about the theft. Nothing was reconciled, my motorcycle was not found, and the lack of urgency by One City Block did not help. They continued to reiterate that they were not responsible and did nothing to help.

  5 stars across the board. I couldn’t be happier with new home. My situation came with a unique set of circumstances. I had the pleasure of working with Beto, Lauren and Steven and could not be happier with the level of professionalism provided. The building, amenities and community have also exceeding my expectations. I am proud to call One City Block home. Thank you Guys !

  I’m about to move into One City Block and had such a great experience touring with Lauren Weeks. She answered every question I had, gave an incredibly thorough tour, and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. Even when a few issues came up, Lauren went above and beyond—she was available throughout the weekend, kept a clear paper trail, and made sure everything was handled exactly as promised. That level of follow-through and communication really stood out and made me feel confident moving forward. Overall, an excellent leasing experience and I’m excited to call One City Block home. Highly recommend working with Lauren if you’re considering this community.

  I spoke with Lauren on the phone, and without visiting I knew it was the right apartment community for me. She was very helpful, friendly and understood exactly what I needed.
