We had the pleasure of working with a true pro while also supporting a local Braddah’s operation based in Colorado. In an extremely fragile market with most properties experiencing depreciating values or sitting on the market for extended periods of time. Right from the start Dallas with Ohana Realty applied his market proven process with the sale of our home: from professional photos, suspense on the anticipation of the property hitting the mls, to the multiple open houses. In a challenging market, we were able to go under contract in 30 days. Although the property went under contract expeditiously, the road to closing was anything but smooth. Dallas utilized his expertise to navigate the VA loan process to keep the transaction alive and actually schooled the buyers agent on do’s and dont’s. Looking back we know that we made the right choice in choosing to work with Dallas.
