  Buying and selling your home is always stressful and you want to believe you are making the correct decisions and choices in selecting the professional that will help you through the process. We had the pleasure of working with a true pro while also supporting a local Braddah’s operation based in Colorado. In an extremely fragile market with most properties experiencing depreciating values or sitting on the market for extended periods of time. Right from the start Dallas with Ohana Realty applied his market proven process with the sale of our home: from professional photos, suspense on the anticipation of the property hitting the mls, to the multiple open houses. In a challenging market, we were able to go under contract in 30 days. Although the property went under contract expeditiously, the road to closing was anything but smooth. Dallas utilized his expertise to navigate the VA loan process to keep the transaction alive and actually schooled the buyers agent on do’s and dont’s. Looking back we know that we made the right choice in choosing to work with Dallas.   Ohana Style Realty is fantastic! They truly live up to their name by making you feel like family throughout the entire process. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for your needs. Their communication is excellent, and they go above and beyond to make buying or selling stress-free. It doesn’t hurt that Dallas is an incredible negotiator and helped us get the best deal possible. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate team you can trust!

  When my wife and I were looking for a buyer for an inherited fixer-upper, Dallas Hidalgo was able to find investors and renovators who saw enough potential in the property to give us the best offer by a significant margin. Throughout the process, he demonstrated impeccable promptness on his part and great patience for us; a combination that I greatly appreciated under such trying times. He took all the steps necessary for us to trust him with something so critical He even took extra efforts to make right unforeseen upsets that were clearly another party's fault.   My husband and I live in California and recently purchased a condo in Lakewood, Colorado and Dallas was our agent for this transaction. The transaction was extremely timely and expedited by both the seller and the buyer. We were able to close in ten days. We were not able to physically see the unit for ourselves and Dallas went out of his way to help with our decision to buy the place. He measured took pictures and received the keys to our new home in Colorado. He truly was there every step of the way including "virtual signing" on the computer. We are somewhat lacking on our computer skills and he was so helpful and patient with us. We would highly recommend him as a realtor. Thank you Dallas for a job well done.
