  The Miramar apartments are a fantastic place to live., I stayed there for about a year. The staff is absolutely amazing. Josie was fantastic, along Mayra and Lilia. They were always there to help when I needed them or if I just had questions. Evan is the maintenance guy and he is amazing. They really treat you like family, for example, my dog somehow managed to escape out of my bedroom window while I was at work, and Evan took it upon himself to get my dog rounded up and back home. I have nothing but the best to say about these folk. They treated me like family and for that I’m thankful. It’s a fantastic place to live and in a very convenient area being 10 minutes from I-25

  Las chicas de la oficina siempre son muy atentas y fáciles de hablar con ellas. Son bilingües, muy ingeniosas y siempre buscan la manera de resolver cualquier cosa. Cada vez que he necesitado algo han respondido rápido y de forma genuina. He disfrutado mucho vivir aquí y valoro la manera en que el equipo de la oficina trata a los residentes.

  I recently toured Miramar Apartments and had a great experience. Lilia showed me around, and she was, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. She gave me a clear feel for what the community offers and made the whole process comfortable. The property was well-maintained, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I left with a very good impression.

  We moved in about four months ago. We picked this apartment because it had a balcony, a fireplace, and a dishwasher. The balcony has broken beams and is unsafe to stand on. The dishwasher promptly broke, and we've been without a dishwasher for two months. The fireplace has NEVER worked. The manintenance workers (or the office) keep closing our maintenance tickets without doing anything. I have no idea what we're paying for if we can't use the amenities we're paying for. Do you think if I attempt to build a fire in the broken fireplace they claim is fixed, they would finally fix it? Anyway, don't rent here. Edit: They came today and installed our new dishwasher, so my advice is now if you live here and maintenance isn't doing anything post a Google review and that's apparently the most reliable way to contact the office. I am awarding them a provisional second star for a total of two stars for doing the bare minimum. Edit 2: I got another text nagging me to update this review since they gave us a credit on our account. That's not how reviews work, but fine. They get another star, though again, it's provisional and subject to removal the next time they screw up.
