  After years of living here, it is sad to say this complex has going down in a really bad way. CIM has been the worst managing company. After multiple complains about rats, they just ignore them. It is like them doing you a favor. Of course, they just care about renting the empty units. They allow people to do mechanics in the middle of the parking lot. You pay for security and wonder where your money goes. They know there are more people living in the units (townhomes) that the number legally allow in the rental contract. They don't care. They go after people when they simply decide to leave because of the poor living conditions. You go to the leasing office and they don't know what customer service means. Time to find a new place where your money is valued!

  If you’re contemplating on moving in, DO NOT MOVE IN. They get you with their prices and tours. They tour the good looking apartments and then rent out the bad ones. 1. The communication is BAD. They never answer the phone. They send out emails from months ago. They don’t come fast enough for emergency maintenance, let alone regular maintenance takes over a month. Even if you sign up for emails and texts they don’t communicate anything. Even if you go to the office your waiting time is always a problem. The leasing agents and people in the office never know whatever they’re talking about. They’re are decídenos themselves. 2. Pests are everywhere no matter how clean you are. When you call they says you are the messy one and send pest control whenever they want. They have had us make our furniture multiple times for no reason they leave us hanging. 3. The water and power is always being shut off with no reasoning and takes HOURS to come back on. 4. They make you pay for parking and then don’t even guarantee you a parking spot. The towing company takes your vehicles with no good reasonings. The amount of parking has brought up problems is crazy. 5. Dogs in your apartment complex aren’t treated well and they will have poop and pee in the elevators and sidewalks. 6. Rent is always going up for random charges they never talk to you about. We’ve had problems paying rent every month since we moved in at the beginning of August. 7. I can go on and on about everyday problems this apartment complex has brought to us. DO NO MOVE IN

  Had an apt scheduled to tour an apt for 2 weeks. Flew in from out of state to tour it. I showed up and they said they are closed and they are not willing to give me a tour. Didn’t say sorry or give me any explanation for just canceling my tour without telling me. So unprofessional, they look like project apartments from the outside anyways. I dealt with an Indian man. I’m not sure his name, but he was very rude.

  Dog owners don’t care about community cleanliness and peace. It is about a week that I cant sleep because of a dog barking from building (E). Dog owners should observe community peace specially in quiet time and there should be monitoring/penalty by the Lex management for those who are annoying other residents.

  This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance is terrible. There were many times with no water, and the elevator was broken for long periods. This made living here very stressful, especially for daily needs. Parking is a big problem. There is not enough parking, and my car was towed even though I am a resident. This caused extra costs and frustration. The roach problem is out of control. Roaches are everywhere, and management does not take this issue seriously at all. Management does not care about tenants and does not fix problems on time. Complaints are ignored. On top of all this, the apartment is very expensive for the poor living conditions and lack of service. I strongly do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
