I’ve been locked out of my own building countless times because the app fails to unlock doors when it should. I’ve contacted support over and over again. Each time, a technician eventually shows up, has no idea how to fix the issue, says they’ll “escalate it”… and then nothing happens. No follow-up, no fix, no communication. The exact same problem keeps happening. This is an access control system. Reliability is the entire point. If I can’t count on it to let me into my own building, it’s a complete failure. Avoid if you have any choice.
