  Friendly, professional, and helpful. All the realtors I've worked with have been knowledgeable about their business and their markets, but Holly stands out because our day touring potential homes was great, and her help with the seller on our best choice (who was an "interesting" person) and the HOA (which was and is a bit unresponsive) was invaluable.

  Excellent knowledge & communication. The perfect balance of professional and relaxed. This was our second time working with Holly. She does a fantastic job at listening to our desires and limitations to find the best offerings that might meet those conflicting goals! Holly always replies to questions in a timely manner and proactively sends information & explains answers in “plain english” so that we always understand the what & why to every situation. We will definitely be working with Holly the next time we are buying/selling real estate and highly recommend her to everyone we know.

  Fantastic Experience! Holly was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, approachable and kind. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. She helped me navigate through everything necessary to sell the home in a very timely and efficient manner. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a real estate agent.   Make sure Holly is your first choice for any real estate needs!! We have worked with Holly on multiple real estate transactions and will work with her on any of our future real estate needs. Holly kept us updated during all stages of our home purchase and helped advise us on the right course of action at every decision point. Holly works very hard to set up showings, communications with other agents and through the closing process to make sure her clients have a great outcome!
