- JBJaclyn BarrientosFeb 17, 20265.0I had a great time living there, no problems at all except when I went and turned in the keys. Management was very unprofessional and very rude. The last manager Denise was the absolute best really sweet and always had respect for the residents. The new manager that's in there is very disrespectful and rude. Yes I have balances that are due but to be rude like that and not try to help me figure out what exactly I need to pay was absolutely ridiculous. But it's okay good karma Will always stay with me. Overall the views were amazing my kids absolutely loved staying there. The neighbors all kept to themselves and we didn't have any major issues. They should change out the furnaces they're like 20 years old that was my only issue because the unit kept getting very cold in the winter. Thanks. 🙏🏼

Denisse made this whole process so much less stressful! I've already met some friendly neighbors, my apartment is wonderful and very spacious for a 1 bedroom in Denver. The community seems clean, quite, and I'm only 10 minutes from everything I need. Thank you Gateway Park for making me feel at home!
