  We recently moved into our new home, and I wanted to reach out to share that we have had an excellent experience so far. In particular, I would like to commend Charmaine for her exceptional support throughout the process. She made our move-in incredibly easy, took the time to truly understand our needs, and was consistently helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Our dog, Lilly absolutely adores her too. We truly appreciate the high level of service we have received. Thank you!

  I also go by Tyriece, Charmaine was an excellent guide and help when it came to moving me in and getting me settled. She and everyone went above and beyond, and i can honestly say I've never had a moving experience quite as exceptional!!

  Though the Dylan is not where I landed, they were amazing to work with on my search! My tour guide was amazing, super knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and was honest. She didn’t oversell, she was clear and transparent, kind and I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience there. While it’s not where I landed, they clearly care deeply about their tenants!

  I lived in the building for 2.5 years and my experience was mediocre at best. The beginning of my time at the Dylan started poorly when I couldn't access my unit on move-in day after a staff member had assured me that I could. This was especially painful considering I was moving from out of state and had no where else to stay. If you like peace and quiet, this isn't the place for you. Half way through my time at the Dylan I had to move units because I could barely get any sleep due to loudness coming from the pool/courtyard areas. The units themselves aren't much better; I could easily hear full conversations from the apartments next to me. Within the last six months my apartment flooded (along with many others) and the HVAC completely died. I was finally fed up with all the problems and decided to end my lease early. The ONLY saving grace of this building is the wonderful maintenance and janitorial staff - Doug and the lovely lady who cleans the front lobby/gym both deserve huge shout outs.

  Just did a tour at the Dylan, had an outstanding tour guided by Charmaine! She did an excellent job at answering questions, offering suggestions, and making the space feel like a welcoming community! She was very knowledgeable and amazing to talk to! She gathered all my floor plan cost breakdowns quickly and neatly! She even gave me a call back to check in with what I thought of the community and to let me know of a new apartment deal to make sure I was getting best offer! Thanks again Charmaine you were awesome!
