  Muy mala experiencia te disen cuanto.es la renta exacto al principio y luego ala hora de pagar el mes te suben la renta y ya no es el mismo si no que mas y ademas cuando menos te das cuenta ya tienes una multa inventada

  I considered moving in this place and took a drive around and was shocked and disgusted by how much trash was all over the place. Obviously nobody cares about the place so I know nobody is going to care about me. The dumpsters had more trash around them than in them. There's no way I'm moving into such a dump

  Roaches. Not a big fan of getting moved into an apartment that is infested, I mean who would be right? Wont move me to a pest free apartment, they offer pest control but still have an issue. The office has been supportive, as much as they can be I guess. I signed a long term lease due to their two months free deal, which sucks I want to break my lease but it'll be very expensive. I just had high hopes, but this place has a roach issue, maintenance and contractors has confirmed it with me. As so have my neighbors.

  I thought it was a good fit but, it is hard to get in contact. I Lost money on application fee but, I don't care about money it is pocket change just like gambling you win some lose some. I tip an uber more. The guy was friendly and professional but, the female not as much she has an attitude and is very rude. I am autistic too i have enough problems and i dont need additional if they do not want my money that is okay someone else will. If i am treated like this before i even get in i do not want to be here. The prices keep changing it went from 949 to 989 to 1200 to 1179 to something else. I am looking elsewhere. I make 3x the amount of rent from being an independent contractor and after reading the reviews God saved me from being stuck in a contractual agreement here. It has great features but, not worth the headache.
