  A Nightmare Experience – Hostile Management and Neglected Property ​Review: ​"Do not waste your money or your peace of mind at this place. Living at Alton Green has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, you realize that the administration has absolutely no interest in the well-being of the residents. The complex is extremely unstable and neglected. ​The service in the office is shameful. Anahy, the manager, is an arrogant person who seems to enjoy being hostile toward tenants. Instead of resolving maintenance issues or answering questions about billing, you are met with sarcasm and a total lack of respect. It is unbelievable that someone with such a low level of professionalism is in charge of a housing complex. ​The billing system they use is a total disaster; it is confusing and, in my view, designed to create conflict. The facilities do not receive the maintenance they promise, and the atmosphere feels heavy due to the poor management. Do not be fooled by the photos or the promises made when signing the lease. Once you are a resident, you are treated with complete contempt. Look for any other option in Aurora before moving here!

  I truly appreciate how attentive and kind Anahy is, she is always understanding thoughtful and finds solutions what she is asked for. I have lived in this apartment more than two years. Thank you very much.

  I’m incredibly grateful to call Alton Green Apartments one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Before moving here, I was in a tough situation—my roommate at my previous place skipped out on the lease, and I had to make a quick decision about where to go next. I’m so glad that decision led me to Alton Green. The staff here are consistently kind, professional, and prompt. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve responded with care and efficiency. The maintenance team is quick, reliable, and always respectful. The property itself is clean and well‑kept, and the community feels peaceful. My neighbors are quiet, friendly, and make the environment feel welcoming. Alton Green isn’t just an apartment complex. It truly feels like home.

  This place is amazing. I moved here a year ago and I can't explain how happy and satisfied I am! @Anahy Nungaray is very professional and respectful. She always responds immediately to our needs ! She is the best ever 😍 When i received my apartment, it was remodeled they always do inspection and if we need assistance, a maintenance team steps in on the same day.
