They miscommunicated so bad that they ordered the wrong part. We went 4 months without central a.c before they “let” us break the lease. I say let because we were still getting charged 4,000 dollars in pro rate. I’m a teacher who needed funds to move. Absolute slumlords. Not only that we had no form of a.c for about a month because they thought they had given us window units and hadn’t. There was a dying animal/feces smell coming from our laundry room on and off for about a month. Once we complained the receptionist replied (with a smile) “oh yeah second floor? Don’t worry we’re in it hehe :) ). My bathroom sink never worked. They offered us a 200$ credit for never having a.c (one month). Like yeah 200! That really covers the fact that my living room and kitchen are 85 degrees all summer thanks guys. They are now charging us for the carpet that their own air conditioner ruined. Moving to Alara was the biggest mistake I have made in my time in Denver. Live anywhere else.
