  The Dylan is an amazing apartment with beautiful floor plans AT A very reasonable price. Charmaine gave me the tour and she is incredibly friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about the property. I really appreciated her transparency when it came to pricing/specials. Thank you so much!

  Sienna was so helpful through the entire move in process! She answered all of my questions when I had them, which I probably asked at the most inconvenient times lol. She is so sweet and really good at her job!!!!

  Charmaine was amazing from start to finish! She sold me immediately—super informative, communicative, and made the whole process easy and fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents, and her events are always a blast. So glad I got to work with her!

  I’m a new resident and just moved in. Sienna Fardulis was so helpful getting me all set up this past weekend. She even put a welcome basket in my unit and it was the sweetest thing. So excited to live here!

  All the other reviews spotlighting Charmaine as spot on! I toured last week. Charmaine called me hours in advance before my scheduled tour to get to know me, my needs, and what I was looking for. She even sent me over an outline of move-in and monthly charges ahead of time. Upon arrival, even though I was early, Charmaine was eager to get started and was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and a delight to chat with! She is clearly very knowledgeable about the complex and loves her job. Every resident or maintenance staff she walked by she greeted and called out by first name. She was truly caring about getting to know me as a person and also shared a lot about herself. The complex itself seems wonderful. The location, amenities, and apartments themselves are really nice and appear to be in good shape. Love the ample parking despite being in RiNO! Charmaine convinced me to cancel my other scheduled tour I had right after, and had me apply in the office right after my tour. I got the fabulous news I was approved and will be moving in May! Very excited to have Dylan become my new home, and the pricing is truly hard to beat.
