  Buyers & Sellers! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Arlene when we bought our house in 2023 and again, when we sold our home in 2025. We were originally referred to her by a military friend and have referred her to other friends. She is a very thorough, knowledgeable realtor who really gets to know her clients. Arlene is someone who genuinely cares about you and your home buying/selling journey. We couldn’t have imagined going through this process with any other realtor! Thank you so much Arlene!

  If you are buying a home, Arlene is the best realtor you will find. We just went through the process of buying our first home and we had such a great experience with Arlene. We went through 2 other realtors before finding Arlene who were unwilling and unable to give us the time and attention we needed. So, when we went to find a realtor for the third time, we were frustrated, discouraged, and skeptical about how it would go. But when we met Arlene and began working with her, it was a complete 180. She was on time, every time. She was kind, personable, and even helped us during walkthroughs by playing with our 18-month-old daughter so we could focus on the houses. She brought lots of material to help walk us through the home buying process. Arlene and her husband taught us how to evaluate a home. She responded to every text and phone call, every day, at every hour. She even came out on a holiday to show us a home that was about to go off the market. She earned every penny that she made and even reduced her pay to make our deal work in this crazy market. Arlene really was everything we needed in a realtor, and she treated us like a friend. You will not regret working with her.
