There’s even a separate warranty company involved in many reports, and the complaints about communication and follow-through are nearly identical. Some homes are probably fine, but there are enough serious complaints to be a concern, especially when multiple unrelated homeowners all report the same types of problems and the same struggles getting anything resolved after closing. That usually means there’s a pattern, not just a few isolated cases. If you’re thinking about buying from Oakwood, don’t skip the due diligence. Get your own inspector, read through public reviews, and look at how many people have had warranty issues. A home is a massive investment, and you don’t want to end up fighting with a builder or warranty company just to get basic problems fixed.

  Mala experiencia el banco no nos prestó y perdimos los $5000 de depósito tengan cuidado de colocar eso en las clausuras para que no les pase a ustedes fuimos mal asesorados y desafortunadamente perdimos el depósito y todos los gastos de inspección y visitas que se necesitaban para acceder al préstamo
