    I really like living here. I have some awesome neighbors. The Office has been great. I do have some issues, though.

    Went 20 years without issues renting from people until living here. Extremely corrupt, horrible place to live. Highly advise to stay away from all Rocky Mountain Communities rentals! Maintenance only cares about working on the lawn constantly, playground is unsafe, cops are always around - just no!

    The Regional Manager Jamie is very unprofessional. Not to mention there's been 3 property managers in less than 2 years. They don't respond to emails until months later. The absolute worst place for families with small children due to safety hazards.
