  I really like living here. I have some awesome neighbors. The Office has been great. I do have some issues, though.

  100% these people are slum lords. They will take your money for rent but when you need help with problems with your home they gaslight you telling you you're wrong, there's no problems and start treating you differently. Instead of believing and helping the people that reside on their property, they brush them off and treat them as a nuisance. Not only is it their job to make sure we have safe and clean places to live in It is also the law and they are breaking so many laws and they do not care. It is sickening that they neglect people's well-being and livelihood. People are sick with respiratory problems because of the negligence twords the mold. People have to constantly battle roaches. The electrical is shot, hence why that fire started in the beginning of Oct 2025. Willow Grove, shame on you. We are documenting everything and you won't get away with treating people this way. Either you change and start helping and providing people with safe places to live or you're going to have a bigger problem than just some upset tenants. Anyone thing to live here please save yourself the nightmare and stay far away from this property.

  Slum lords! Jamie put this place so far in the hole that they are recouping the cost from the clients. Rent went up over $100 and they do NO repairs even if it’s a safety issue. My advice, DON’T MOVE HERE
