  I have worked with Laneisha numerous times now, and each time I have worked with her she has been so kind and has answered all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. The rest of the office staff has also been so kind each time I’ve come in!

  Lived here for 15 months on the second floor with garages under our unit. Spent a HORRIBLE winter with $350 electric bills and barely warm place, horrible insulation, old windows that let the wind in, paper thin floors and ceilings, had neighbors that constantly had the cops at their door, plus noisy neighbors in other buildings, broken trash compactor, bad parking situation, upstairs neighbors shook our apartment when they walked. There are way newer and better apartments in the surrounding area. 0/5 experience here.

  So is there no consequences for where people park? Trying to find parking and there are cars in handicap white lines, red zones..... and everyone thinks its okay.. this place is disgusting

  Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews that popped up within the past year. It was part of a gift card giveaway from the front office. I lived here for about 3 years and the only good thing is the location. -The floors are super thin, like you’re about to fall through. -The walls are super thin -The trash compactor is regularly broken and overflowing -The gate is regularly broken -The pool is not heated and dirty -The parking is a nightmare -Predatory towing practices -Staff don’t answer phones or return messages -Maintenance tried to literally break into our unit while I was in the shower for an “emergency” below us. Luckily the privacy bolt was locked. They threatened to break it and call the police if I didn’t open the door (I was in the shower) Then once I came out there was no emergency to be found. -They will send your move out bill to the apartment you moved out of instead of your forwarding address. Then they send it to collections without contacting you despite having all of your contact info -New owners about once a year, each worse than the last. There was an older maintenance man while we were there that was the little shining star of the complex. Other than him, everyone else we worked with, from all levels of staff, were unprofessional and next to useless.
