I’ve always been a fan of Toll Brothers and love touring their new communities. The convenience of this location is amazing! The homes are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and professional.

We really love this community and are really happy with living here. The airport doesn’t bother us at all. We recommend anyone looking into moving into the area to check out this community, you won’t be disappointed!

Not sure what the person below is so angry about regarding the airport. We've had nothing but positive experiences working with Heights at DTC and are so happy with our new home. We've lived in Denver for 20 years and this location is by far one of the best we have moved to. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new build in the Denver metro area.

This is a great community in a great location. The buying experience was top notch, and I would absolutely buy another home from Toll Brothers.

Another new housing development that sits knowingly too close to Centennial Airport and directly underneath the established downwind leg of runways 17R and 35L. Residents that will liv here will be subjected to 27/7/365 noise and vibration impacts from airport operations. Centennial is the busiest GA airport in the country averaging 360,000 operations a year. The max operations were 455,000 in the 90s. BUYERS BEWARE YOU ARE MOVING NEXT TO A VERY VERY BUSY AIRPORT. The airport is a public use airport and is not subject to operational restrictions. The housing development sits in the 60DNL contour and the Restricted Development Zone, meaning the City of Centennial (does not own the airport) had to grant a special variance to allow these homes to be built even after knowing about the noise problem. Whoever approved this housing development at all levels from the city to the developer obviously does not have the best interest of the future residents in mind. Don't really want to hear it when people start complaining and demanding illegal restrictions on the airport or demand that pilots make unsafe maneuvers to lessen the noise. The airport sent letters warning of this and they were ignored. At this proximity to the airport, there is absolutely no amount of double pain windows or extra building insulation that will lessen the noise. You have been warned. See image to get an idea of what you will be subjected to.
