    We just moved in a week ago. We had a few maintenance requests. They responded quickly to them and I love the communication about the status of the requests and their findings. Trevor has been so communicative about the repairs and also shared tips on Townhouse living like the thermostat and such. So far I’m very satisfied with maintenance and the leasing office.

    The property management and maintenance team are wonderful. My only negative comment would be that too many tenants do not clean up after their pets
