  The property is okay. The model home feels small. It does not have a finished basement, which we have come to expect from a Toll Brothers model home. The appliances are high quality and I really liked them. The trademark wine bottle wall is excellent. Additional note: The first time it happened, I didn't think much of it. But now I recommend making an appointment if you want to visit and you don't 'look' the part. Twice, at two different locations (including here), I have recieved the cold shoulder from the sales staff and I can't point to anything other than 'being a walk-in' without an appointment. But there were other people who looked like walk-ins who got a preferred treatment, so I will let you make that call when you show up. The specifics of the experience - "I am busy, about to leave, and you should feel free to check out the place yourself." "This place is sold out, but feel free to take a brochure." If I needed a brochure, I can get it online. I hope there is still someone at Toll Brothers who wants to do the right thing, otherwise, I might not be interested in Toll Brothers anymore.

  Beautiful Toll Brothers Shavano Model. Great Pikes Peak and Front Range views. Many of these home sites are not backing to other homes.
