  We truly cannot say enough good things about Courtney. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us prepare and list our home. She gave thoughtful advice, helped us see what mattered most to buyers, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. What meant the most to us, though, was her patience. We took our time (okay… a lot of time!) trying to figure out exactly which condo was right for us, and she never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She showed up (to a LOT of showings), answered every question, and supported us through every bit of indecision with kindness and professionalism. That kind of steady support is something we will always be grateful for. When the market shifted and things became more challenging, she worked tirelessly to help us sell our home. She stayed proactive, communicative, and determined — and we always felt like she was fully in our corner. During a time that could have felt overwhelming, she gave us confidence and reassurance every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, steady, and incredibly dedicated. We are so grateful for her guidance through both the selling and buying process and truly feel lucky to have had her by our side. We would recommend her without hesitation and will always appreciate everything she did for our family.
