  I love the location, The Management is amazing, The property is beautiful and safe. I love the Park near us, the variety of food in walking distance. I love being 3 minutes from i25 and the Outlet mall. I can go on and on about the location. Check out the beauty I see daily.

  Another month has passed without any action to fully close the window over the stairwell that is inaccessible without an extension ladder. There is a constant draft allowing the wind and snow to enter the unit and they put the unit at risk of damage. Will management act? No! Building Maintenance has said that they can’t reach it safely! Let me know what you would do to convince Talus Management to replace the defective window, and install the missing screens and blinds. This is now more than 8 months overdue. Trash around the pool, spa, and bbq grill remains as no one from the property walks the site and empties the trash bins. Management is burdening residents with additional insurance, despite the fact that this was finalized with the initial lease agreement. Will be interesting to see what happens when the insurance provider discovers that local management continually parks their private vehicles in the fire lane that is marked no parking. The underwater lights in the pool and spa continue to flicker and trip demonstrates an electrical fault. It seems there is only lip service where management is lazy, incompetent but polite. Please like and comment on this review as I continue to highlight these issues of terrible property management.

  Consistent maintenance issues on a brand new building, dirty when I moved in, maintenance staff repeatedly violated my privacy and the heat consistently would not work, and the window in my daughters bedroom was letting freezing air in and I had to file a court complaint to get anyone to look at it. Then I was told there was city sewage smell escaping but they weren’t going to notify residents of the potential health impacts of that. 0/10 would recommend. They had to legally let us out of our lease because the house became uninhabitable according to law.

  This place is great!!! Leasing manage Sinead is great! My maintenance requests were placed and completed within 1 day. Jon the maintenance manager was friendly and so helpful!! (Sinead entered these requests because they were issues at move in and she took care of them immediately)

  We moved in June 2025, the community is beautiful. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Maintenance is on top of every request. Very responsive and quick to fix any concerns. John the maintenance supervisor is exceptional and very knowledgeable. Trash service is also very convenient. We haven’t had any issues since moving in that weren’t addressed promptly.
