    They started implementing parking fees in order to make more money for themselves. Horrible apartments don’t ever live here

    I love living here! We moved in the summer and the community is always clean and the staff is nice! Holden has been super helpful and he is knowledgeable. I hope to stay here!

    Terracina is still charging common area utilities! How are they the only community in Colorado that can do that? I'm still waiting on a response from the management office. THEY CHARGE RESIDENTS FOR COMMON AREA UTILITIES.
