  While the location is top notch, my experience here was not. Packages were stolen FREQUENTLY. Especially around the holiday season. Every time you asked the leasing office for the security footage, they claimed they were not able to share it (I don’t think the cameras really work). On top of that, they hired a landscaper who switched our portable water for the irrigation water and we showered and drank dirty water for days! Yes. FOR DAYS! The leasing office refused to take accountability for their mistake and blamed the city of Broomfield, but multiple residents called the city and they denied that it was their fault (building claimed a water main was being replaced but the city said that was not true). So wrong on so many levels. While the view at the pool is incredible, the pool and hot tub were barely ever cleaned. The pool even had this foggy look to it for multiple weeks. To make things worse, again the leasing office tried to downplay it instead of taking ownership. Eventually they did fix it. Finally, the court yards in the middle of building A and B used to be concrete and very nice. They replaced it with cheap plaster type material that doesn’t drain water well and because of that leaves nasty water stains and puddles. It looks horrible and that was my view outside my window during my time there. I would recommend the building across the street if you have a choice.

  The maintenance staff is fantastic! Whenever I have an issue, they address it right away! They really are the BEST!!!
