Paper-thin noise • low ceilings • rent hike • old appliances • surprise entries
I’ve lived here long enough to say it isn’t worth the price.
Noise: You hear everything from upstairs and even people on the exterior stairs. Zero sound insulation.
Ceilings (I’m 6’2”):
•Tallest spot: 94” (only 20” above my head)
•Bathroom: 82” (8” clearance)
•Standing in tub: 80” (6” clearance)
•Shower head: 74” — at my height
Appliances: Old, noisy, and dated for the price point.
Surprise entries: Maintenance and staff have entered without notice multiple times. “Reasonable time” isn’t a blank check—non-emergency entries should be scheduled in advance and at reasonable hours.
Rent increase: Jumping my rent from $1,485 to $1,670 despite 29 units showing available (with 4 listed at $1,350) makes the value even worse.
Bottom line: Thin walls, short ceilings, tired appliances, unprofessional entries, and a steep hike despite vacancies. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to even my worse enemies.

I put 5 stars because I still believe it can be improved greatly!
Quiet hours from 10pm to 10am doesn’t stop them from hiring the loudest gardeners to come at 7-8am every week or 2 weeks.
They lock the community area often for weeks without warning (not including winter seasonal times). If you like to use the grill, go out and see if it’s actually open cause I’ve brought bunch of ingredients and tableware only to find the gate completely locked, staying locked for weeks.
Jacuzzi is closed for the season, but when it was much warmer, it was also closed / locked on random occasions. Only when it was brought up to property, they sent an email out explaining why. Would be nice if it wasn’t a 20 percent chance every time to try to use the pool/ grill.
Management has been only kind, and maintenance is super nice and understanding. I’m not sure why so many of these pretty easy things get missed. Just some emails when the pool/ grill is locked for weeks with reasoning before people have to complain about it would be nice. And respecting your own quiet hours by hiring gardeners with reason. Other than most units being very very run down, and wall paint running on the counters in the kitchen , bathroom and living room, paint on floor from repainting, most closets doors fall out even after replacement from maintenance. Most air conditioning vents were painted over to where they can’t be opened. They also didn’t have any replacements for those vents so they are just stuck unless I go buy some myself.
All in all, I do love living here just because the area is super nice and beautiful, the people are very nice and kind. it’s the sort of place that hasn’t been taken care of in a long time but it’s home. Also they have people come to fix the parking lot pavement and then it’s actually a much larger and worse hole after the construction completed. At least it’s a good laugh for a lot of us residents. I would recommend living here if you aren’t a high maintenance person and are happy tending to yourself. Everyone is really kind so there’s silver lining

Management, specifically Jennifer, is scummy and incompetent. They emailed me a deadline that I had to renew by. I gave them my decision not to renew by that date. Turns out they emailed me the wrong date and all they have to say is "I admit that email could be worded better." Now they're trying to charge me an additional ~$500 on my final bill because I "didn't give my decision in time." I followed the deadline that THEY emailed me! Also wasps frequently get into the buildings via the fireplace. Do not move here.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Manager Jennifer. I submitted a work order regarding an issue with the bathtub — this being the second time I’ve had to report the same problem.
In response, I received a message stating:
“My technician inspected your tub and did not find any signs of mold. It appears to be a buildup of dirt or residue. He was able to remove some of it with his fingernail, so we kindly ask that you clean the tub at your earliest convenience. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.”
However, it was clear that the issue was more serious than just a “dirty” tub. Eventually, someone was sent to spray over the affected area because I was told the surface tub repair would cost $500.
When I visited the office to address this concern, Jennifer responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating.
