My partner and I haven’t moved in yet, but we’ve made a deposit, signed a lease, and couldn’t be more excited to join the Brownstones at Palisade Park community. From the moment we expressed interest through our tour, the experience has been nothing but positive.
We also appreciated the thorough but reasonable application process. It requested recent employment and living history, pay stubs, proof of ID, and other standard information. The application took us about 15 minutes each to complete. To be fully transparent, it did include a hard credit pull through Experian, which we felt was fair and appropriate for a well-maintained community.
Troy and Ashley, the leasing agents, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. We ultimately chose this property over others because of the family-owned property management team — that personal, genuine approach really stood out and made us feel confident in our decision.
The community appears safe, quiet, and well cared for, which was very important to us. Based on our experience so far, we would absolutely recommend others consider this property. We’re really looking forward to moving in and calling this place home, and we’ll be sure to update this review after we’ve moved in and had time to live here.

Too expensive and incompetent management. I have lived at this complex for about 18 months. I pay my rent early every month and don’t bother anyone. Before signing the lease, the manager assured me they would never access the home without my permission unless it was an emergency. Since moving in, they have now forced possession of units in the complex twice for non emergencies. They notify tenants through a blast email with no choice for saying no or setting an appointment. Like complete dictators. Today they accessed my unit without permission even though the manager committed to setting an appointment with me when I could be present. They proceeded to force access to my unit and rummage around for over 13 minutes while my alarm was going off. How disrespectful and invasive! Then, the manager gets back to me saying their forced access and rummaging around for 13 minutes was inadvertent. Also, quoting technical verbiage in the lease rather than be a man of his word. If I could move out early without penalty, I would. I would not recommend living / renting in this complex. There are much better options out there.

Absolutely unprofessional. I tried applying, and their website says if you apply you’ll get a call to schedule a tour. NEVER received a call. And then, you go to the office and absolutely no one is in office. When calling I’m constantly routed to their office site leasing, who are zero help as well
