My partner and I haven’t moved in yet, but we’ve made a deposit, signed a lease, and couldn’t be more excited to join the Brownstones at Palisade Park community. From the moment we expressed interest through our tour, the experience has been nothing but positive.
We also appreciated the thorough but reasonable application process. It requested recent employment and living history, pay stubs, proof of ID, and other standard information. The application took us about 15 minutes each to complete. To be fully transparent, it did include a hard credit pull through Experian, which we felt was fair and appropriate for a well-maintained community.
Troy and Ashley, the leasing agents, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. We ultimately chose this property over others because of the family-owned property management team — that personal, genuine approach really stood out and made us feel confident in our decision.
The community appears safe, quiet, and well cared for, which was very important to us. Based on our experience so far, we would absolutely recommend others consider this property. We’re really looking forward to moving in and calling this place home, and we’ll be sure to update this review after we’ve moved in and had time to live here.

We love LOVE our place at Brownstones and so glad we decided to call this place our home. It’s a great community, very clean, upscale, with parks and walking pathways all around, and close to shopping. Management is excellent and the community director Troy is the best, responsive, supportive and caring. We couldn’t be in better hands.

So far this place has been the nicest place I have ever lived. Everything is very fresh, clean and well kept. The application process was in depth and a bit long but well worth it. I encourage anyone considering it to do what they can to get in here while units are available!
