If I could give a negative star I would. This is by the most unprofessional leasing team in the state of Colorado. 2 applicants applied last Tuesday and still no responses from email or phone calls regarding their applications. They took 640.00 and nothing! Called today and supposedly the leasing managers been on vacation since last week and will return tomorrow. I will not hold my breath. Unprofessional, definitely losing the company money of corporate sees this I can tell you why they aren’t renting out your units! The temp and the young man that is working in the office are nice folks but they know absolutely nothing. Shame on management for putting them in this position.

… every time I have a maintenance issue the staff and Maintenance crew go above and beyond. The Maintenance Manager Valetin and Kevin his assistant are always friendly, respectful and responsive!! Thank you 😊

To Kimmi, Thanks for helping me out today. I really enjoyed talking to you about Bridges and making me feel so at home. I always get really great experiences here because I can see how much everyone cares about their tenants. Another general thank you for all the work you all put in to making this community clean, Trash, Packages, Cleaning staff comes through on a regular, and I truly believe any concern I could ever have, I can feel comfortable to address. You have made 3 years of my life here wonderful! Ill be here a good while!
I had a great experience with Bridges at Flatiron Apartment. The community is well maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. I especially want to mention Kimmi and Valentino. They are truly great, professional, and always helpful. Their support and positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment community.

After being a resident here for a year, I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this place anymore. It started off okay, but the overall upkeep has gone downhill and it’s hard to ignore. The grounds are consistently dirty; garbage and trash cans overflowing, dog poop left everywhere, and common areas that don’t feel like they’re being cleaned often enough. The hallways especially don’t seem to get vacuumed regularly, and it shows.
Maintenance has also been frustrating. I’ve seen team members walking around the property smoking weed, which doesn’t exactly build confidence that things are being handled professionally. The leasing team is nice enough when you speak with them, but it doesn’t feel like they actually walk the property or stay on top of what’s happening outside the office. I can do one lap around the building and easily spot a long list of issues in a single day- it just gives the impression that no one is truly managing the property with pride or attention to detail.
I’ve also heard things from other residents who’ve moved out saying the same general message: “It was nice for the first three months, but not somewhere I’d stay long-term.” At this point, I understand why. Overall, it feels like there’s a lack of control and accountability here, and it’s disappointing because this place could be so much better with consistent upkeep and stronger management.
