  A huge shout out to the amazing people in the office, Berenice, Olivia and Lisa who made my move in as smooth as possible and answering all my questions and getting my work order in. Another shout out to Alex who was here quickly to take care of my dishwasher.

  I had a tour with Olivia. She was just exceptional. Kind and knowledgeable even though she only recently transferred to Caliber. She was the best leading agent we met in the valley, hands down! Caliber is beautiful, well located and in my opinion fairer with their prices.

  The apartments at Caliber at Flatirons are nice but my god this place will nickel and dime you to death throughout the lease term and after moveout. I was charged: Community Fee - $24 Final Moveout Fee - $10 Final Service Fee - $10 Final Sewer Base - $31.52 Final Trash - $12.08 Final Water $3.90 Final Water Base - $44.28 Adjusted Repair Charges - $23.21 Apartment Cleaning Charges - $60 Who knows how many of these charges are even legitimate or just made up. It's so tiring how consistently scammy these rental companies are in Colorado. Please be aware that whatever they tell you the rent cost is will not actually be what you end up paying month to month. You can essentially guarantee an additional $150 - $250 to your base rent each month.

  Used to live here 4 years ago and it was great. Now it’s a complete mess. Management is disorganized, communication is terrible, and the leasing process makes no sense. Their policy says they conduct an individualized review, but we were denied and told they couldn’t review or override the decision, which directly contradicts what they advertise. Then a week later, with no communication whatsoever, they suddenly called saying we were approved. Completely inconsistent and unprofessional. I would not recommend this community if transparency, communication, and consistency in management are important to you.
