  We had a great experience with Brownstone Townhomes in Broomfield—from the very first tour to moving in. The initial tour was excellent: the leasing team was welcoming, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. They took the time to walk us through multiple layouts, answer all our questions, and help us confidently choose the right home for our needs. That experience played a big role in our decision to apply. Throughout the application and leasing process, communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. The team kept us informed at every step, followed up regularly via text and email, and provided helpful guidance on everything—from required documents to setting up utilities and renters insurance. It made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and well-organized. The move-in experience was just as impressive. Rachel and Troy were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was set up for us. Rachel conducted one of the most thorough move-in inspections I’ve ever seen—going room by room, checking every detail, documenting everything on a tablet, and immediately initiating any necessary maintenance requests. That level of care and transparency really stood out. The community itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. We also really appreciate how EV-friendly the property is, with multiple ChargePoint stations already available and openness to supporting additional EV charging options in garages. Overall, a very positive and professional experience. Highly recommend Brownstone Townhomes to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and welcoming community!

  You're going to want to move to this community ASAP and here's why: I have never met a more professional team or a more stunning property. Right from the start, Troy made it known our interests were the priority. Having to apply first before we toured it is a little out of the norm, but you can tell its in the best interest of the residents and the prospects. As someone who is in the property management industry, I have never felt more comfortable. We did do a drive by before our scheduled tour and the grounds were impeccable, the community was quiet, and you can tell everyone that lives there, also cares just as much about what it looks like. During the tour, Troy was so personable and you can tell he really loves his job, his residents, and his community. We are so excited to become a part of the community in the next couple weeks!

  My partner and I haven’t moved in yet, but we’ve made a deposit, signed a lease, and couldn’t be more excited to join the Brownstones at Palisade Park community. From the moment we expressed interest through our tour, the experience has been nothing but positive. We also appreciated the thorough but reasonable application process. It requested recent employment and living history, pay stubs, proof of ID, and other standard information. The application took us about 15 minutes each to complete. To be fully transparent, it did include a hard credit pull through Experian, which we felt was fair and appropriate for a well-maintained community. Troy and Ashley, the leasing agents, were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. We ultimately chose this property over others because of the family-owned property management team — that personal, genuine approach really stood out and made us feel confident in our decision. The community appears safe, quiet, and well cared for, which was very important to us. Based on our experience so far, we would absolutely recommend others consider this property. We’re really looking forward to moving in and calling this place home, and we’ll be sure to update this review after we’ve moved in and had time to live here.

  We love LOVE our place at Brownstones and so glad we decided to call this place our home. It’s a great community, very clean, upscale, with parks and walking pathways all around, and close to shopping. Management is excellent and the community director Troy is the best, responsive, supportive and caring. We couldn’t be in better hands.
