Our experience was very disappointing. We had booked a tour for 3:00 PM on Sunday and drove for an hour to reach the apartment. Upon arrival, the office staff informed us that our appointment had been double-booked and refused to show us the apartment.
We even presented our booking confirmation, but she still did not accommodate us or offer any solution. Because of this, we cannot comment on the apartment quality, but the customer service was extremely poor.
The staff member we spoke with was Hayde.

The words Luxury Living are thrown a lot in this market; I can honestly say this holds up to the definition. The apartments are huge with 10-foot ceilings and with dark finishings that elevate the experience. The secure parking garage that is of adequate sizing for the two 4-story buildings-a key feature for connecting the two buildings together. It has the latest designs and with being completed in 2021, they’re maintaining the Modern New Look. Please take a look at the layouts they have to offer, you won’t regret it.

You pay almost two thousand dollars (just for the studio) for the hottub to never work. Also, you get charged 25$ each time you don’t follow all the valet trash rules. You’ll get zero response for days and they’ll add random 70$ charges to your account that you’ll have to take time out of your day to call in and tell them they’re wrong. Lol. Not worth it. Super beautiful area but that is all

Ever since the complete turnover in staff, this complex has gone completely downhill. Management is incredibly disorganized and lacks basic communication skills. They failed to apply my rent concessions to my balance, which took them over 25 days to figure out. Because of their delay, my rent was marked late, and they locked me out of the online payment portal. They even slapped me with a late fee after promising they wouldn't, forcing me to remind them at least 8 times to finally get it removed. To make matters worse, they promised to unblock my portal, only to later say they couldn't, which means I now have to waste my own time getting money orders just to pay rent. Maintenance is just as bad I took time off work for a scheduled maintenance appointment and they never even showed up. All of this honestly makes me want to break my lease! The constant back-and-forth and having to remind them of their own promises is exhausting. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is by the most unprofessional leasing team in the state of Colorado. 2 applicants applied last Tuesday and still no responses from email or phone calls regarding their applications. They took 640.00 and nothing! Called today and supposedly the leasing managers been on vacation since last week and will return tomorrow. I will not hold my breath. Unprofessional, definitely losing the company money of corporate sees this I can tell you why they aren’t renting out your units! The temp and the young man that is working in the office are nice folks but they know absolutely nothing. Shame on management for putting them in this position.
