  it’s nasty in the hallways of the A building often, the leasing team is a bunch of college kids who don’t know what theyre doing which is ridiculous if you’re paying market rent. i pay 2200 for a studio current despite them leasing out my unit layout for 1500 or less currently. they never answer the phone (i have watched them actively decline my calls while taking their own all day even when it was a maintenance emergency), and packages get lost and stolen often because front desk doesn’t assist mail carriers nor take packages to the mail room they have been left at the doors. avoid this place at all costs, there’s cheaper and better places. anywhere is better.

  extremely rude front desk worker named emma. steer clear, she clearly has some issues that she takes out on tenants!

  it’s march and 92° outside and the building refuses to turn on their AC. burning hot inside and have to sleep elsewhere. same thing when it was 20° outside, they refuse to turn on heat… so definitely look for somewhere more professional

  It’s been 83 days since my lease ended and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I had been in contact with someone over a month ago then got completely ghosted even though I sent repeated texts/email. I called the office and whoever I spoke with was passive and didn’t seem to care about the situation. We had the apartment professionally cleaned before handing in our keys so the full amount is expected. Also upon move out I had gotten charged for “missing keys” over a month later, all of which I had turned into the front office. Personally I feel as though this place is trying to take advantage of college students and their money. It doesn’t take long to return a security deposit and it certainly should not take 83 DAYS.
