To respond to the owner: Settling doesn't mean you weren't at fault. Nor does me being a tenant have anything to do with the suit. Per Google review policy I can write a review if I disagree with your practices and what you have done to other tenants. You should've reformed your practices prior to the suit. You stole people's security deposits plain and simple.
