  i’ve had four packages stolen from the mail room before management finally decided to put security cameras in that actually worked. besides the proximity to campus, I would not recommended moving here. This issue has been going on for multiple months ,yet management continues to be unhelpful in reaching a resolution or responding to my concerns in a timely manner. Additionally ,the two in one washer & dryer in unit does not dry clothes properly, it leaves my clothes dripping wet after one dry cycle that takes two hours.

  Apartments were ok, mainly paying for location. A bit dark and small, but enjoyed the fact that you could get furniture no extra cost. Amenities look good with the small workout room and pool. Although I didn’t end up going through with the lease, Alexa was really kind and knowledgable about the property. She by far gave us the best tour on my housing journey and went above and beyond for my needs and budget! Hope this review can let you know not to expect too much out of the apartments and give Alexa the recognition she deserves.

  Lexi and Alexa worked outside of normal hours to help find the right apartment for me, and were super thorough with answering any questions I had. I appreciated how personalized everything was and the amount of time and care they put into finding a perfect fit for me. Thank you again!

  I would not recommend it at all! How much you pay for a tiny apartment should not be $2500. As well, none of the appliances work, the dishwasher does not wash (it takes three cycles actually to clean them), “washer and dryer combined machine” is horrible. It takes 7 hours for your clothes to be washed. Keep in mind it ruins your clothes, doesn’t clean them, comes out dirtier than before you put them in, and doesn’t even dry your clothes. Also, when we moved in, our shower wouldn’t drain, and we put in 3 maintenance requests, and nobody came until six months later. We spent over $100 on Draino. It was insane. Furthermore, to park, you have to pay $130.00 per month, which is ridiculous considering they for sure over selled parking passes, and half of the time, it’s filled up. Just a joke, honestly. One thing I want to mention is Billy, the maintenance guy is fantastic. He did maintenance at my old apartment, and this one, he communicates extensively with you regarding any maintenance that will happen in your apartment.
