  Terrible company. Last week I waited 5 hours to get into the condo I had rented. The key box to enter the building, during off hours, did not work. Then it took endless calls and a 3 hour wait to get into a room that was filthy. Then east west felt a lower class room, with a view of a barbecue grill, was just as good the as Mountain View, corner condo, I had paid for. It took a threat of a lawsuit to get the room cleaned. 5 hours wasted. I have stayed in Avon for years and my last 6 interactions (total of 9 high end units) and have had east west as the management. All amateur service. They manage the Westin River Front resort and it’s also a poorly managed operation. One trip we had to move from the luxury, top floor, suite due to a carbon monoxide leak. Another trip they spread out my party even though we reserved units next to each other (and did this at the property at least 6 months in advance). Another trip, the front desk agent did not know how to accept the Marriott bonvoy gift card, so I paid $2k and had to raise with Marriott to have it corrected. If you stay there do not valet your car. The valets do not answer the phone. It a mystery when your car will be ready even when you go down and wait. Avon is a beautiful place but east west is a pig in lipstick. There are a lot of places that are better equipped to provide a hassle free holiday.

  Beautiful Accommodations and Excellent Service from Start to Finish! This was our second experience with East West Hospitality Beaver Creek and I was very impressed with everyone that I worked with from making the reservations to their pro-active contact with us before arrival to their services on-site. The manager and every staff member at The Ascent in Avon was welcoming, reliable and friendly. I also had the opportunity to work with the East West Hospitality Beaver Creek team, and was impressed with their responsiveness. This is a first class organization - highly recommend!

  RENTER BEWARE!!! Do not rent through them! We just rented a home for a month long stay over Christmas and have had the absolute worst experience. The house we paid a premium for had 70% of the doors and cabinets locked so we could not put anything away. When I complained to management they told us they assumed we’d be upset about it!! The heat didn’t work, the shower was broken upon arrival, the address for shipping anything is not an actual ups address so you can’t send anything to yourself, it said it was for 8 people but only seated 6 at dining table, and upscale appliances?? Oh they had to go get us pots and pans because there was two pans to cook with and maybe a set of 6 plates and bowls. I could go on and on. I have photos and videos I’ll post once we leave here. The management does not answer the phone literally ever. They gave us ONE clean in a 30 day stay. Avoid this company and renting thru them at all costs. We’ve been coming to Beaver creek / bachelor gulch for 8 years and am completely shocked at what we just experienced. Feel free to message me for more info before renting with this company.

  We love coming to Bever Creek! We ski in the Spring every year and it is always the same, great friendly people, well cared for mountain, warm chocolate chip cookies, and always customer service is number 1. The Thursday night glow worm for kids and fireworks are fantastic. The Summer is no let down either. Customer service top notch, always asking if you need help. For example my husband and I were looking at a trail map, and Drew walked up and asked if we needed any help. He spent several minutes with us, gave us the safety patrol number, and made sure we had everything we needed. Before he left we asked him what his job was... He is one of the heads of The Safety Patol. Just sat there and gave us all the attention a private guide would. Did I mention I love Beaver Creek Mountain? Worth every penny!
