  Been here for about a year. I'm not used to living somewhere where everything is so expensive, but the building feels new and pretty clean. Common spaces in the main building are well-maintained. There's door-to-door trash service on weekdays. Maintenance always shows up the day of or next day from when you submit a request. Front desk is super polite and helpful every time we've reached out. The pool area does get a bit crazy in the summer as a lot of people like to have BBQs, so plan for it to always be busy and loud. Lit bike path goes along the property along the main street. Views are nice for now until the area surrounding is developed. Also walking distance to Walmart and there's a bus stop for the Red and Blue Lines outside the furthest building.
